Refund policy

We hope you love your new pieces, but realize there may be times when a return or exchange may be needed.  Here’s all the info you’ll need.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! Should you decide that your purchase is not right for you, we accept returns for exchange or refund provided they are postdated within 14 days of receiving your product.  Product must be unused and unlaundered with original tags attached.  *Note: Laundering voids a return or exchange. 

Here's how:

Option 1: Return by Mail. Please package your item(s) securely, include your original packing slip and ship to: Lemon Cyprus, 2036 Concession Rd. 7, Hampton, Ontario, L0B 1J0.  

Option 2: Return in Person. If you are local, please email hello@lemoncyprus.com to arrange drop off.

Refunds or exchanges are processed within 3 business days upon receipt of your returned package. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is at your own expense.  Lemon Cyprus will not be responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We suggest sending via trackable means. 

Due to the small nature of our business if you do not post date a return within 14 days of receiving your order, we are unable to offer exchange or refund.  This is because we carry very limited stock and turn it over frequently.

We will contact you when your package is received to determine exchange or refund and process your choice. 

Natural Wear and Tear

We deal with high quality brands and designers and as such have every confidence that you are getting a quality product to last you for many months and years to come.  However, due to the nature of apparel (if it is worn many times, laundered etc.) we regret that we cannot refund or exchange products that shrink or stretch as this is primarily due to natural wear and tear vs. quality.

Final Sale

All intimate wear, jewellery, exchanged items, and all SALE and promotional items are FINAL sale.
